# Apex Troubleshooting

### Fix Internal error (0xS1886)

1. Disable all start up apps with windows boot in task manager.&#x20;
2. Download and install [medal](https://medal.tv/)
3. Make sure all game launchers are completely closed>EA/STEAM/BNET&#x20;
4. Open medal and disable all its overlays. Once done, minimize it to icon tray.
5. &#x20;Open loader as admin and inject the cheat, wait for success message (HANDLE SUCCESSFULLY SENT)&#x20;
6. Once done, open game launcher and launch game through game launcher.
